KAY ANDREA - CURRENT RIVETER CHAPTER PRESIDENT

Kay lives in South Carolina and started riding motorcycles in 2011 at age 45. Once she got her first Harley – a 2001 Dyna Lowrider – she began to truly love riding. She began to travel on her motorcycle, and two wheels became her favorite means of travel. A few years later, she bought her first vintage bike – a 1974 Harley-Davidson FLH – and began traveling on it instead of her modern bike. She has put over 12,000 miles on that bike – all long-distance miles. In 2021, she decided her next trip would be to ride the entirety of Route 66 – 2,450 miles. Instead of going solo as she had always done, she founded the Riveter Chapter, and with a small group of members, planned and executed the Chix on 66 ride in 2022. Subsequently, she and a small committee planned and executed the Chix at the Crossroads ride in 2024 and the Riveter Rumble in 2025.

DANA LASHER - CURRENT BOARD MEMBER AT LARGE

Dana has been restoring antique cars and motorcycles for years. Her last project, a 1929 Indian Scout 101, is what she rode in both the 2021 and 2023 Motorcycle Cannonball. She’s currently completely rebuilding and restoring a 1931 Indian four. Dana was the “route mistress” for the two-week Chix at the Crossroads ride, and then the 2025 Riveter Rumble AMCA National Road Run. When Dana isn’t on the road or in her workshop, you'll often find her scouring swap meets. She lives in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

JOANN MIKULEC - CURRENT RIVETER CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR

Joann has been an avid rider since 2008. She works at a local Harley-Davidson dealership near Niagara Falls, New York, as Administrative Assistant.  Her current bikes are modern to a degree (2008 and 2020); however, she has developed an appreciation for the older bikes and the individuals who strive to maintain the culture. She has been membership director since the Riveter Chapter’s inception and she also contributed with the planning of Riveter Chapter events.

KATHY WATERS - CURRENT RIVETER CHAPTER MEMBER

Kathy grew up on a farm in rural Lod, Wisconsin, riding minibikes and eventually her brother’s Honda 750 automatic. After raising a family, continuing her education, and work demands, Kathy finally bought a Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 in April 2012, moving up to a Heritage Softail Classic and then a Harley-Davidson Ultra, putting many thousands of miles on those bikes. In 2022, Harley-Davidson granted her a 100,000 mile award, and since then, she has already put more than 30,000 additional miles on her bikes! In 2022, Kevin, her significant other, convinced her to try a BMW, finding a 1987 BMW K75T with only 913 miles on it. The vintage bike bug hit, and Kathy rode the BMW on Chix at the Crossroads vintage motorcycle journey in 2024. The next year, she not only rode in the Riveter Rumble AMCA National Road Run, but served in a key role on the ride’s planning committee.
